Module 01:

RELEARN Your Cycle

You’ve been calling yourself inconsistent for years. In this module, you discover that what you’ve been fighting is actually a 28-day system of intelligence — four distinct phases, each with their own energy signature, cognitive strengths, and leadership gifts. You’ll meet the hormonal landscape of your cycle in a way that finally makes your experience make sense. By the end of this session, you won’t just understand your cycle. You’ll feel a quiet fury that no one ever taught you this sooner.

Module 02:

RECONNECT With Your Cycle

This is where knowledge becomes strategy. You’ll leave this session with an actual plan for your month — built around your cycle, not against it. You’ll learn The Immovables Audit (mapping your non-negotiables against your phases), Goal-to-Phase Mapping (putting your most important work in the windows where you’re most biologically built for it), and the concept of Light Days — how to protect your energy around the moments that matter most. This isn’t journaling and hoping. This is cycle-aligned leadership on a calendar.

Module 03:

RECLAIM Your Cycle’s Power

Apps can tell you what day you’re on. This module teaches you to feel it. You’ll develop cycle literacy — the ability to read your body’s real-time signals so you can adapt in the moment, not just plan ahead. We go deep into the two most disorienting transitions of the cycle (the dramatic post-ovulation drop, and the late luteal truth-telling phase) — the ones where most women spiral into self-doubt and shame. Once you understand what’s actually happening hormonally, those moments stop being crises and start being information.

Module 04:

Integration & Resilience

This is how it becomes a way of life, not a monthly exercise. You’ll build a simple, sustainable system that works across all of life’s disruptions — because real life doesn’t wait for your follicular phase. You’ll also get the Emergency Energy Protocol for when everything falls apart, and a professional communication framework for cycle-syncing in a workplace without oversharing a single personal detail. You’ll finish this program not just knowing your cycle — but trusting yourself in a way that doesn’t waver when things get hard.

Hi there!

I’m Divya - a technical leader in Silicon Valley, a mother, a creative, and an entrepreneur.

For over 15 years, I’ve thrived in high-performance environments while raising a family and pursuing creative projects. From the outside, it looked like I was “successful.” On the inside, I often felt like I was forcing my way through life, running on systems that were never designed for me.

My search for a more easeful way led me beyond traditional productivity and into women’s health, where I discovered the missing piece: understanding and working with our menstrual cycles.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve completed 1000+ hours of Yoga and Women’s Leadership Training and am currently pursuing certification in Hormone Health education. Blending science, embodiment, and lived experience, I created The Red Code™ - a framework that helps ambitious women decode their biology and lead with confidence, clarity, and ease.

I know firsthand what it means to juggle career milestones, family, and creative passions in the Bay Area’s fast-paced culture. That’s why this program is designed for women like you: high achievers who want to succeed without burning out - and who are ready to lead with their full selves.
